- Please allow 2-3 days for processing after placing your order
- A flat rate of $7.95 is applied to all orders, gift card shipping is free, in store pickup is free and you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up
- We can ship to U.S. customers only
- Standard shipping will arrive in 5-7 business days after processing
- Please note: in an effort to be sustainable we reuse boxes and packing supplies from the many shipments we receive to the store daily
In Store Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, we allow returns on merchandise within 10 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund to original payment. After 10 days and up to 30 days we offer store credit only. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any merchandise after 30 days. All sale items are final sale.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition & packaging with tags attached. Clothing items and shoes must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and shoes must be in their original box. If clothing items have make up, deodorant, pet hair, stains, odors, or other signs of wear we cannot offer a return of any kind.
Online Refund Policy:
When it comes to purchasing online we know how difficult it can be to determine what works for you. With that in mind, we allow returns on merchandise received back to our store front within 10 days from the date you received your order for a full refund to original payment less shipping costs. You can also return items purchased online to our storefront in Katonah, for a refund up to 10 days or for a store credit up to 30 days. At this time store credits can only be used in store. All sale items are final sale.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are NOT refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shoe boxes must be placed in a shipping box. We suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method. Charles Department Store cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
To make a return please follow these steps:

When we receive your return and inspect the merchandise, you will receive an email about the status of your return. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
