Refund policy
In Store Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, we can do a full refund to original payment method within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days and up to 30 days you may receive a store credit which will be saved in our point of sale system for future use. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any merchandise after 30 days. All discounted items are final sale.
Online Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not, we allow returns on full price merchandise within 30 days of purchase with a receipt for a refund to original payment.
Online purchases must arrive back to our storefront within 30 days from date of delivery and the refund will be less shipping costs. You can also return items purchased online to our storefront in Katonah.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any merchandise after 30 days. All discounted items are final sale.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition & packaging with tags attached. Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and shoes must be in their original box. If clothing items have make up, deodorant, pet hair, stains, odors, or other signs of wear we cannot offer a return of any kind. Shoe boxes must be placed in a shipping box. We suggest using a trackable, insured shipping method. Charles Department Store cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
To make a return please follow these steps:

When we receive your return and inspect the merchandise, you will receive an email about the status of your return. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
